Vinya La Ferreria

We love this plot of almost 3 hectares located in the village of Gelida, but very close to Sant Llorenç d'Hortons. This is land of xarel.los. Almost 2 hectares are planted with this variety, they are also combined with olive trees, almond trees and some fruit trees. They are clay-limestone soils where some stratum with a high fossil content surfaces, a vestige of an underwater past. Undulating landscape on the west side: afternoon sun and morning dew. The vines are planted between 60 and 90 years ago, the oldest are true survivors that tell us of another era.
